Where you are, and what you need from us

This proposal lays out three service levels, plus payroll‑only service for businesses that keep their own books. Pick the one that fits, add anything specific to your business, and accept below. Once you accept, we send your engagement letter and ACH authorization through our secure e‑signature portal. Your bank details go only into that signed authorization and never onto this page.

Books you can rely on

Your accounts reconciled on a regular schedule, with a branded financial report that shows where the business stands. Growth and Advisory clients are updated every month.

One firm, one flat fee

Bookkeeping and payroll under one predictable monthly fee, so year-end and tax time are a formality and not a scramble.

A person you know

You work directly with our team in Midlothian. You won't be passed through a call center or a rotating staff.

Step 1 · Choose a service level

Service packages

Flat monthly fees drafted by ACH. No hourly billing for work inside your package.

Tax returns are a separate service. Business and individual returns are quoted up front and billed when the return is prepared and ready to file. They are not part of your monthly fee.
Step 2 · Your current setup

QuickBooks & payroll

Tell us how your books and payroll are set up today, and your monthly fee updates below. Keeping your existing QuickBooks file carries no setup charge. Payroll we run moves onto our ADP account with a one‑time setup. If we open a new QuickBooks file for you, the subscription is included in your monthly fee at our discounted rate.

Step 3 · Tailor it

Optional add‑ons

Select anything that applies. Monthly items are added to your recurring draft. One‑time items are drafted once when service begins, and per‑filing items are billed when filed.

Step 4 · Review the terms

Engagement terms at a glance

The full terms are in the engagement letter you will sign. These are the points that matter most.

Step 5 · Accept

Accept this proposal

Nothing is charged until your signed ACH authorization is on file.
